UP Board Class 10th Result 2024 Announced: The evaluation process for classes 10 and 12 was efficiently completed within 12 working days, as stated by UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla. Notably, the evaluation was paused from March 24 to 26 in observance of the Holi festival.

UPMSP UP Board 10th Result 2024 Released: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Parishad (UPMSP) in Prayagraj has officially declared the results for the UP Board Class 10 and 12 examinations at 2 pm on April 20. Students can now access their Matric and Inter results on the official UP Board websites: upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in.

The declared pass percentages stand at 89.55% for Class 10 and 82.60% for Class 12. Shubham Verma has earned the top spot in the Class 10 exams, while Vishnu Chowdhary, the second topper, aspires to pursue a career in medicine.

A staggering 2,935,353 students registered for the Class 10 exams, with 2,738,399 appearing and 2,455,041 successfully passing. Among private candidates, 11,982 registered, 10,365 appeared, and 6,985 passed.

Reflecting on the previous year, girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 93.34%. Priyanshi Soni from Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College, Sitapur, topped the exam with an impressive score of 590 out of 600.

Reiterating the efficiency of the evaluation process, UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla confirmed its completion within 12 working days, with a brief hiatus during the Holi festival.

The UP Board has disclosed that for the year 2024, a total of 55,25,308 candidates registered, with 29,47,311 for the high school examination and 25,77,997 for the intermediate examination. To handle the evaluation, 94,802 examiners were appointed for the high school examination to assess 1.76 crore answer sheets, and 52,295 examiners for the class 12 exams to evaluate 1.25 crore answer sheets.

To pass the UP board Class 10 exam, students must secure a minimum of 33% in each subject. Those who wish to improve their scores have the option to apply for supplementary or compartment exams.
