Bajaj Auto has unveiled the 2024 Pulsar N250 in India, a motorcycle that marries traditional design with modern mechanical enhancements and technological integrations, all at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.50 lakh.
What’s New in the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250?
Design-wise, the new Bajaj Pulsar N250 maintains its iconic single headlight with DRLs flanking either side. The bike’s design ethos continues with its robust tank, complete with extensions, an underbelly fairing, and a characteristic side-slung exhaust.
The hardware sees significant upgrades, notably the introduction of USD forks, which supplant the traditional telescopic forks from the previous generation. The rear setup remains a monoshock, and the bike rides on 17-inch wheels. Enhanced safety comes via disc brakes at both ends, supported by ABS.
Feature-wise, the Pulsar N250 is now equipped with three ABS modes—Rain, Road, and Off-road—enhancing its versatility. A segment-first traction control system also debuts, offering switchable functionality in off-road mode.
The 2024 model sports a new digital dashboard, an LCD unit that supports phone connectivity. This modern console can display notifications and provides turn-by-turn navigation, aligning it with the updated suite of Pulsar models.
At the heart of the Pulsar N250 is a 249cc, single-cylinder engine delivering 24bhp and 21.5Nm of peak torque. This power is smoothly transferred to the wheels via a 5-speed gearbox, complemented by a slip and assist clutch for an effortless riding experience.
